Jeff McCauley has spent 20 years as a local church pastor with a deep passion for seeing the Next Generation find and follow Jesus. Most recently, he served as NextGen Pastor at Community Bible Church in San Antonio.

Now, as Director of Church Engagement with The Revival Project, Jeff builds the relationships that grow the movement. He works directly with pastors and church leaders across the country, walking churches through every step of the journey from first conversation to long-term partnership.

Jeff is most at home with his family - His wife Kim (his high school sweetheart) and their four kids. He also loves running, reading, building Lego sets, or watching cheesy '80s movies. (Indiana Jones remains the undisputed champion.)
