Summary of Role:
The Coordinator of Church Success supports Partner Churches as they implement The Revival Project's offerings, helping ensure a smooth and well-organized experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement. This role provides day-to-day coordination, resource preparation, and administrative follow-through that keeps churches moving forward on their revival journey.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Partner Church onboarding and implementation timelines, in partnership with the Director of Church Engagement.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute resources, templates, and materials for self-implementation and assisted implementation.
- Track implementation progress across Partner Churches and flag issues or delays to the Director of Church Engagement.
- Respond to routine Partner Church questions and requests, escalating pastoral or strategic matters as needed.
- Assist in gathering success metrics and feedback from Partner Churches to support reporting and process improvement.
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-up communication, and logistics between Partner Churches and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of Partner Church status, milestones, and communications in shared systems.
- Help prepare regular progress reports for The Revival Project leadership.
Geographic Wave Support:
As The Revival Project expands city by city, this role provides dedicated support and light oversight to Partner Churches within a defined geographical wave, beginning with the Indianapolis area. Responsibilities within the wave include:
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for Partner Churches in the Indianapolis wave, coordinating implementation and answering routine questions.
- Monitor progress and health across churches in the wave, surfacing trends or concerns to the Director of Church Engagement.
- Support in-person or virtual check-ins, gatherings, or site visits within the wave as needed.
- Help apply lessons learned from the Indianapolis wave to future geographic waves as The Revival Project grows.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in ministry, church operations, project coordination, or related fields.
- Project management qualities, including the ability to juggle multiple timelines, priorities, and details across many Partner Churches at once.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, templates, and tracking systems.
- Proactive, dependable, and self-directed, with a track record of following through on commitments.
- Background in ministry leadership a plus.
